Paper Lily is a psychological horror RPG that follows the adventures of a girl named Lacie. After receiving a mysterious golden letter, Lacie is drawn into a dangerous world in search of answers about her unusual condition.
Lacie feels hopeless, drops out of school, and locks herself away at home for months. She has a strange condition (often considered a curse) that causes everyone, except her family and a mysterious man named Sai, to look at her with disgust.
In her search for her true self in this hidden world, she must face various strange characters and dangerous entities, including a demonic figure often referred to as Miss Knife.
